Home/Luxury Toilet & Shower Blocks
Made to order, UK-built

Luxury toilet & shower blocks

Facilities your guests will talk about, without a season of building work. These are timber-clad modular washroom blocks built to your floor plan for caravan parks, glamping and camping sites, holiday parks, marinas and event venues. Wood-slat panelled interiors, trough basins, proper cubicles, electric heating and hot showers throughout: closer to a boutique hotel washroom than a campsite block. Each building is manufactured in the UK, delivered complete and installed on a prepared base, ready to connect to water, drainage and power.

Priced from your floor plan. Tell us the pitch count and what you need and we will send a layout and price, usually within two working days.
Built to your layout

Start from a proven room mix

Every park is different, so no two blocks we sell are identical. These are the room types we combine to suit your pitch count and season. Mix them in one building or split them across the site.

Real buildings, not drawings

Every photo on this page is a finished, delivered building. The timber-effect cladding is low maintenance and sits quietly against trees and hedgerows, and the interiors are finished to a standard guests photograph rather than complain about.

Why modular

Open for the season, not closed for the build

Weeks, not a building season

The block is manufactured off site while your groundworks happen in parallel. Typical lead time is 6 to 10 weeks from signed-off drawings, then one to two days on site to install. No trades wandering the park all summer.

Facilities that raise the nightly rate

Washrooms are the most reviewed part of any park. A warm, hotel-standard block moves you up a grading band, supports a higher pitch fee and shows up in every guest review from opening weekend.

Arrives finished and tested

Plumbing, wiring, heating and extraction are completed and tested in the factory. On site the building connects to water, drainage and power at single points, so your groundworks contractor has a simple, predictable job.

Need a working site block instead? For construction crews and plain site welfare, a standard steel toilet cabin does the job for less. In stock from £3,200 ex VAT.

How it works

From pitch count to open doors

Tell us the pitch count, the guest mix and any layout you already have in mind. We come back with a floor plan and a firm price, and once the drawings are signed off the building goes into manufacture while your base and service runs are prepared. Delivery is by lorry with crane offload, installation typically takes a day or two, and the block opens as soon as the services are connected.

Blocks are priced from the floor plan, because the number of showers, cubicles and basins drives the cost far more than the shell does. As a rule of thumb, a modular block comes in well below a brick-built equivalent, and ordering in autumn or winter is the reliable way to have it open for the season start.

Planning a smaller site? A standard sanitary cabin or a few free-standing portable toilets may cover you while the park grows.

Price your block for next season

Send us your pitch count and postcode, or a sketch if you have one. We will come back with a floor plan and a firm price, usually within two working days.
