The waste sits in a sealed 225 litre tank moulded into the base of the unit. Any local sanitation contractor will pump it out and recharge it with fresh water and chemical, the same visit they make to every hire unit in the country. On a small working crew that is typically once a week.
Waste has to go to a licensed carrier or an authorised disposal point, never into a surface drain. The shower cubicle is grey water only, which is a much simpler disposal question, and the mains-connected unit plumbs into drainage like an ordinary WC and never needs emptying at all.
