The classic British site cabin, built new to your spec and sold outright. Jackleg cabins stand on four adjustable steel legs, so they level themselves on rough or sloping ground with no groundworks, and lift straight back onto a lorry when the job moves on. Our made-to-order range runs from 10ft singles to 32ft buildings: open-plan offices, split-plan rooms, kitchens and canteens, drying rooms, WCs and showers, all fitted at the factory in an insulated anti-vandal steel shell. As a guide, the full-width 20ft × 10ft office starts from £8,000 ex VAT.

Why jackleg

Made for ground that isn't ready

Levels itself, no base needed

The four corner legs wind up and down independently, so the cabin stands square on rutted, sloping or part-made ground. A container cabin wants a prepared level base. A jackleg cabin usually just wants pads under its feet.

Moves with the work

Chain up to the legs and the cabin lifts straight onto a flatbed, fit-out and all. Site offices that follow the contract from job to job are what this build was designed for, and it holds its resale value for the same reason.

Anti-vandal as standard

Insulated steel shell, steel doors, and window protection on request. Fitted out at the factory with heating, lighting, sockets and data-ready trunking, tested before it leaves.

How it works

From spec to site

Tell us the size, the headcount and what the cabin is for. We come back with a layout and a firm price, usually within two working days, and once signed off the cabin is built, fitted and tested at the factory. Delivery is UK-wide by lorry, with crane or HIAB offload arranged where the site needs it. Connect power, and water where the fit-out calls for it, and the cabin is in use the same day it lands.
